I LOVE ZAPS-IT! IT WORKS! This is truly a wonderful product. I searched high and low for an odor destroyer, and I didn't find any that worked as well as ZAPS-IT. Most of the brands I tried cost a lot more then ZAPS-IT and didn't even come close to the efficiency of ZAPS-IT. Especially with all of our animals in our barn, it is extremely important that we keep the odors down to a minimum. Even though we live in the country, we have several neighbors that are close by and we rely on ZAPS-IT to eliminate odors. Also, the aroma of ZAPS-IT is good, but it is not a perfume - it isn't a cover-up. It simply leaves behind a fresh smelling scent. I love the customer service of BUNNYRABBIT.com; they have always been friendly and willing to assist me. What breed of rabbit do you own? We do not have any rabbits. We do have two cats (one very old cat at 15 years who has some bladder management problems now), and we own four dogs (a Yorkie puppy in the group -- housetraining in the works). We did have rabbits some years ago and I remember using Zaps It back then and being amazed at the results. No other enzyme cleaner has been effective in removing the urine odor completely in our carpet (have been to Pet Smart, etc. & tried everything on the shelf)....so you see, you customers other than rabbit fans :) Carolyn
